COURSE TARGET: to form modern scientific and practical knowledge which helps to manage risks in organizations operating in the Russian or foreign markets

- disclose the relationship between risks and management decision-making in organizations;

- study main methods and tools for identification and analysis of management risks;

- get knowledge of risk management documentation

There are 5 chapters in the course. Each chapter includes theoretical material supplemented by illustrations and video materials.
